Continuous Dryers

In continuous dryers the ambient air is used through the hot air production chamber to cool the grain.

  • 1 drying column comprising:
    • 4 to 16 drying compartments (depending on model and chosen evaporation flow rate)
    • 1 to 4 compartments are used for cooling (depending on the model and the type of grain to be dried)
  • 1 saturated air evacuation column
  • 1 supply column for the hot air, insulated with double wall glass-wool filled
  • 1 to 3 saturated air extraction fans with vertical outlet, equipped with air flow rate adjustment
  • 1 ceiling with level detection system
  • 1 2-stage burner, with modulating pulsed air-type gas ramp
  • 1 system to pre-ventilate the grain before drying
  • 1 pneumatic grain extraction device, powered by a compressor
  • 1 external access by ladder with intermediate resting platform (depending on model) and ceiling access platform
  • 1 standard control cabinet comprising:
    • 1 PLC for command and control of the ventilation, burner, pneumatic extractor with regulation control proportional to the flow of grain, allowing uniform drying according to the humidity of the inlet, hot air safety, grain safety, grain level and conveyor control
    • 1 digital screen to control and display the dryer with storage of the various alarm parameters
    • 1 output for printing
