The MAROT Suction Model A is used to remove light impurities from the grain and at the same time separate the suctioned heavy material from the light dust. The equipment can be used individually or in conjunction with a pre-cleaner or rotary cleaner.

The raw grain enters the machine through the feed hopper and is distributed in a flow curtain by means of an adjustable baffle. The air is sucked through the grain carrying away the light impurities. A feed roll assists the smooth flow of grain. In the aspiration chamber, the heavier particles leave the air flow and are removed by an auger, and the lighter ones are aspirated through the exhaust air.

These compact pre-cleaners are simple to integrate into a cleaning system with capacities from 7 to 50 t/h.
