1. cleaning and peeling
The Almond Cleaners / Shellers with dust extraction and ventilation, are equipments for small productions, prepared for an exceptional cleaning that removes impurities and other small particles before the ventilation action.
Subsequently, the ventilation system is able to remove the leaves and branches, close to 100% effectively, even when the intake of this waste is large.
After passing through the pre-cleaning and the air cyclone, the kernel goes to the sieve, where the remains of medium or large branches are removed. The kernel with green shell goes to the peeler, which finishes the machine's work by removing the shell and leaving the kernel perfectly peeled.
Also optionally, the equipment can work with different types of conveyor belts for almond and waste output, depending on the requirements of the installation.
The whole system is equipped with movable and/or removable protections that make its use and maintenance easier and safer.
2. Cleaning
The cleaner has a pre-cleaning device as standard, which incorporates a rolling screen at the inlet that removes small solid residues before the ventilation action. In this way, we achieve a cleaner environment in the installation.
Subsequently, the ventilation system manages to remove leaves and branches in a more homogenous way, reaching 100% efficiency, even when the entrance of this residue is large.
The cleaner can optionally incorporate the roller sieve device, which will eliminate the rest of the branches that may have remained and which due to their weight or size were not blown away by the air.
Also optionally, the equipment can work with different types of conveyor belts for almond and waste output, depending on the requirements of the installation.

3. Almond Extraction
The roller table is the first device where the kernel and impurities are discharged after the pre-cleaning / cleaning process. This device is composed of a table of helical rollers, whose function is to let the kernel pass between the rollers, separating it from almost all residues larger than the kernel and that may have remained after cleaning.
The helical shape of the rollers and the movement of the rollers make it possible to move the debris it removes, such as sticks and stones, etc., forwards and sideways, making it easier to remove them.
4. Almond Peeling
The Almond Double Dehullers 12 t/h are double equipments, designed to work in parallel or independently, reaching productions of up to 6 t/h or up to 12 t/h, depending if we work with one body or with both at the same time. The main function is to remove the green shell from the kernel.
The Dehullers have a small reception hopper incorporated for the reception of the almonds, which makes it enter in an ideal way in the inlet nozzles, keeping exactly the same flow for both. Due to a double distributor we can work with only one machine body. From the outside we can check the flow of the cylinders, as they are supplied with a transparent cover that allows us to check at all times.
A small conveyor belt is installed for the evacuation of the residues, which are expelled by one of the ends, while the exit of the kernel occurs at the opposite end.

5. Stone Separation
The shredders are designed for integration into the cleaning sets, to perform the final process of removing stones and other heavy residues that may remain after the previous cleaning of the kernel.
These sets are an essential part of the pre-cleaning and cleaning lines for almonds coming from the tree or ground harvest. The strippers are preceded by two devices which previously remove branches and small residues, allowing their efficiency to be 100%. These elements are, on the one hand, the residue extraction table, for the elimination of branches, and on the other hand, the eccentric screens, for the elimination of small solid residues, among other accessories and auxiliary equipment, such as conveyor belts, small hoppers, etc.
6. Dryer
After being washed, the walnuts have to be dried before being stored. Thanks to their extraordinary capacity, in no more than 48 hours the nuts will have released most of the moisture they contain and will be ready to be sold.
Our dryer is necessarily adapted to your drying needs, as the capacity can easily be increased by adding modules.
With capacities of 3 m3 to 25 m3/each dryer.
7. Peeling and separation
Nut shelling and separation lines, reception lift jams, calibration, shelling and separation.
Capacity of the lines: 130 kg/h, 260 kg/h and 1200 kg/h.
